HI!! I'm Chelsea Lefever: Owner and Operator of Three C’s Bartique. I've been in the Food and Beverage Industry for 23 years; from starting as a hostess at my first restaurant job to server/bartender at many establishments and Assistant Manager at a local North County San Diego Bar and Grill. I have basically done everything there is to do in the restaurant, including a little kitchen work. Much of my bartending experience was at the same Irish Pub in which I was employed for 14 years. I have absolutely LOVED and treasure my experiences working for family-owned establishments.
Owning my own bar has been a long-time dream of mine and Three C’s Bartique is the beginning of my Dream coming true! I love party planning and creating amazing craft cocktails and I simply cannot wait to help plan your next event!
I'm married to an amazing man named Chris and we have three beautiful daughters: Charlotte (7), Chloe (5) and Chaylyn (3); our “Three C’s”. We have been together for 9 years, married for 6 this past Saint Patrick’s Day. Believe it or not we met while I was tending bar at that local Irish Pub! We live up in Valley Center, Ca with our 3Cs, pup Barley, old fat cat Trouble and a Sulcate tortoise named Tiny .
Our bartenders have been in the Food and Beverage industry for more than 10 years and in the customer service industry for even longer. They are all dear friends of mine and I trust them wholeheartedly with my clients. They are knowledgeable in the field and each have a shining personality that you would look for behind your favorite bar!

Lauren is the manager at Swami's Cafe in Escondido, Ca. She has been with the company for nine years. Starting as a server back in 2014, she has worked her way to bartender and now manager, and has stayed with them through three locations and COVID. She is an amazing mother to a teenage boy who loves to play baseball and they love to support the Padres!
Cassandra has been in the Food and Beverage industry for 18+ years. From the local, high volume dive bar to the BEST little Irish Pub in town to the largest Renaissance Fairs in North County. We worked together at the Pub for 9 years and have tended many events together. She is an avid dog lover and momma to her 10 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie named Missy.
Hanouska is a mother and a wife of 15 years. She has worked as the manager for 15 years at her family owned Cold Stone Creamery. She is patinate about her family, dogs, my daughters (lol) and cake making and decorating. She was born in England and moved to America when she was 11; she has been in Southern California ever since.
